I puchased a new mercedes benz c220cdi from shiraz auto lenasia in May 2010. We were required to pay a refundable holding deposit of R2800.00, which was made to the dealer via credit card. Money was supposed to be refunded on delivery of the vehicle. To date nothing. We have been in contact with the salesman since last year to date only empty promises were and are made to me. So unfortunate that its vertualy impossible to get hold of the dealer principal. My husband contacted the saleman on 15th of July 2011 advising him that this was a final request for the money to be refunded before we lodged a complaint, but to date nothing. Please assist with this matter.
