I had a IPL photo facial there which was done incorrectly and damaged my skin. The settings were to strong and caused fat loss in my face. My skin is now perpetually dehydrated and I look at least five years older. My face can no longer retain moisture.
Shizuka's customer service and attention to my problem and complaint was more than lacking. They maintain I was "the only ever to complain", and that they "can't control the aging process"... they were not interested in helping me with this difficult situation and brushed me off.

I would not recommend this spa.
