I purchased a pair of worn shoes at this shoe store. I went back and asked for a refund, deciding not to keep the shoes and was told that the shoes were worn and they would not take them back. I DID NOT WEAR THESE SHOES. Apparently someone else bought the shoes, wore them, and returned them. The sales associated was suppose to check this out. Since I'm not in the habit of looking at the soles of new shoes, they had previously been worn and returned. I would like a refund. I plan never to do business with this company every again. They should be reprimanded.
