On Thursday morning, October 7, 2009 I was traveling out of DFW Terminal A Gate 37 and needed to have my shoes shined. I sat and waited for my turn. I am in a wheel chair as my leg is broken and I am unable to walk. The shoe shine guy asked me to climb up into his chair. When I told him I could not, he became angry and told me he would not get on his knees to shine my shoes. I said fine and rolled my chair away. He then came across the hall to where we were waiting to board our plane and called me a number of nasty names! There was no reason for him to harass me . I am a 55 year old business owner and feel this person should not be working in the service industry. I do not want him to be able to do this to someone else in my position. Please help.
