I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER VERY SHORTLY AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED, AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ANYWAY.
HERE IS THE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN TRY TO GET CUSTOMER SATISFICATION. I HAD TO HOLD FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES, BUT AT LEAST I FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD SPEAK ENGLISH AND AT LEAST TRY TO SOLVE MY ISSUE.

I ordered one product off of the television. The deal was get 2 for $10.00 + $6.99 s+h. I received in the mail, 4 products and was charged a total of $40.97.. Not only were the products extremely cheap and not as described on tv, I was charged a total of $23.98 more than I authorized. This is a major scam. After I underwent this experience I searched online and found that they have done this to hundreds of people and they are not willing to fix their mistakes. They said that they cant proove to me how much I authorized over the phone, but they are not willing to return my money. Do not buy from this company!

Shoes under offered each set of "shoes under" for $10 / plus an addition $6.99 for shipping. I entered my credit card information and expected to see the price that I would confirm payment on. There was no price listed until payment had already been scheduled. The following is a copy of the invoice without any reference to customer service or a contact number.

The last line of this e-mail says a money back guarantee does not incluce shipping and handling...which is where we were ripped off. $55 shipping? Outrageous! This company needs to be shutdown.

This was a real disappointment. On the website, they also declared to follow the return instructions enclosed in the package, if you wanted a refund, etc. There are NO return instructions.

The website advertised the shoeunder for $10.00 and the second one for $5.99 plus $6.99 SH . When I processed the order, it was incorrect . I tried to e-mail the company to informthem to correct this. I could not even call them. There was no place after placing the order to edit the order. When I received the shoes under I was charged $15.99 for 2 orders plus $6.99 times 2 for SH, and 2 more shoe under @ $5.99 plus $6. 99 times 2for SH. My total order cam to $71.92.
I finally was able to get some one who's english was not very good, who offered me a $10.00 refund .
