I orderd an air climber system they charged it to my credit card right away even sent me an e-mail rewarding my order, as of my understanding I was to receive the product in 7 to 10 buisness days.I waited 1 month and called them, they said they din't have it in stock.I waited 3 months and all they say is that the order didn't process correctly; they told me to order it agaian but the products cost was higer at this time.
