more info...i too have made dozens of phone calls to these people. today i used another phone and actually got someone on the line! if you have called them making complaints and wanting your money they stole from you, they transfer your calls to a recording. but if you use a phone not in their system already, someone will answer!they are not going to miss those calls from new potential victims...so get on another number and give them a piece of your mind. by the way they told me the same story that they have been telling since sept., it takes 30 days to give your refund and all these 89.00 charges were a mistake. please
