I purchased furniture online, total was 1, 753.00 which 65% was supposed to be charged to my credit card. The entire amount was charged without my knowledge or consent. Phoned and emailed numerous times and never received my furniture. Cancelled my order in NOVEMBER and as of February 16, 2009 have not received one cent of my money back. This company is also ShopSmartFurniture.com and apparently uses other names to cheat customers. Filed charges with Attorney General's Office, NY, BBB, Federal Trade Commission, etc.
