I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and also make payment on 19th Jan 2011. Included the shoes and delivery charge almost $90. I sent a lot of mails to shopliao customer service about no goods delivery yet. But just received a message from them written appologize that late delivered and others. After that no more news, also nobody reply my message. Really suspect that is entirely a Bogus site set out to cheat people without any products to begin with.
Which's government department will accept our complaint and help us? Is it other online shop also can't believe to?
