2007 bought a Acer/Aspire laptop package w/ printer, webcam, wireless router, to include 1-yr manufacturer warranty and Acer 2-yr extended warranty on all parts and labor - 02/2009 computer died (literally) now am told warranty needed to be registered; however, invoice shows purchase included 2-yr extended warranty, nothing in packing saying anything needed to be registered. Complaints to both ShopNBC and Acer America, as well as U.S. BBB have not produced any positive results - have complaints pending w/ AG's in both Illinois and California against both companies. BEWARE!! - DO NOT do business with ShopNBC or Acer America!! Pass the word on to protect others!!!
