i bought a 5 lb bag of shoppers choise crinkle cut french fries. when i went to cook some of them i found the longest french frie was about 1 inch long. the hole bag was full of end peaces or scraps. if you cooked them IAW the directions those end pieces would turn hard as a rock, which is 99% of the bag
