My name is Nancy Rodriguez, I live on 122 Mount Airy Rd, New Windsor NY 12553, I called Shopping national platinum, I spoke with Andrea(Manager), I told him why they charging my account with out my authorization $99.95. I never filled out anything with shopping national platinum, the only think i sign for was for a payday advance. I told him i wanted to be refunded, he said no? because i filled out the application online. If i want to make an investigation, that i could. I think this company is a fraud! they need to be stopped!

They took $99.95 out of my bank account without my authorization. When I told them that, they were like well somebody did and that I can not get a refund. They told me to go to the police and file a claim. I know that I did not apply for that bc I have no money in my account, now I am in the negetaive. This is not fair and not right. I want my money back ASAP!!! I have not made a purchase from that company nor do I plan on it!
