My purchasing staff placed an order and our finance dept paid in full to ShoppingOy Co., Ltd in Beijing China.
Order consisted of:

Qty 600 units:
4-Port USB Hub: item H205

After more than 2 months they delivered total Qty 121 units only.
First delivered was Qty 99 and then later in another parcel a Qty 22.

Outstanding Qty not delivered is 479.

We have sent dozens of emails and called but they do NOT deliver.
The contact person has made many short replies stating only to be patient.
