We booked our wedding photos with Ashley in 2009.
She is not a professional in her work or in her attitude. After our wedding, we found our pictures were blurry, unsteady, and in spite of giving her a list of photos to take, important people were missing. She didn't speak up once, to position people, move objects, ask people to move from the background. We have a number of shots ruined by poor positioning - eg only half of the wedding party looking at the camera. She was unable to edit or fix her work.
We took her to court, and received most of our money back. And we were able to take our images to a REAL editor and professional, who managed to salvage her mediocre work.
