Just have a third party in which can get you your money back such as PayPal or your Bank Institution. I tried to buy an iPhone 4 and asked the seller do you accept PayPal, she said not anymore, then I replied to her e-mail asking why is the logo visible on your site if you don't accept PayPal, (it's called false advertising!) never got a response.
