I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this place. The salesperson I had to deal with was so rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she were being burdened by my presence. The costumes I saw were dirty and old. Despite advertising showgirl costume rental, and despite another salesperson suggesting I rent one for Halloween, the other salesperson said they only rented them under certain circumstances. Going to this place was a waste of my time and I will make sure to tell everyone I know, and everyone I do not know, not to make the same mistake. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!
