This is regarding irresponsible technical staff of reservation department, on 30/11/09 i went to necklace station for reservation in tatkal quota and till morning 8:30am the system is not properly ON and connection is not establish also, for this irresponsible attitude of railway technical department I not get the reservation. if railway is not able to maintain the small reservation counter they what is the need to open such counters.
