Shubhashree woods society is taking 'TWO LAKH' rupees as a NOC charges from the new buyers. They give one receipt of 'ONE LAKH SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND' as a 'developmental charges' and 'TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND' as a 'Transfer of documents' charge. The 1.75 Lakh taken as a society developmental charges is a very huge amount, society is taking. The seller doesnot take this amount. The new buyer has to bear this amount. As a law society shouldnot take this huge amount as a developemntal charge only from new buyers. They should take this amount from all the people residing in society or from nobody. Society should return this amount to new buyers, as this is cheating of new buyers. Government and regulatory authorities, please take note of this and take corrective action against this. Society chairman and society board of members, please try to understand burden on new buyers. Actually, they are purchasing property in Shubhashree woods at a huge price. You have been elected to make fair rules and not the burden to new buyers. Please take note of this and take action to pay back the amount taken from new buyers as a developmental charge.
