This company began an impact glass installation of one window and 8 panels of 10 foot sliding glass doors. Workers are incompetent, sloppy, and don't show up alot of the time, Now, nearly 9 months and $21,000 later the doors have leaked so much there is extensive damage to the Unit below me for which I'm responsible. The damage is to the ceiling, walls, and electrical system - The leaks started with the first hard rain on Labor Day weekend - they still aren't fixed. The installation won't even come close to passing inspection, my unit and the condominium building itself have been damaged. They have abandoned the work completely now and won't answer phone calls or certified mail. I've registered complaints with Broward Code Enforcement, Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, and Seniors Vs. Crime, the Sunrise Police Dept., the Ft. Lauderdale Police Dept and written a letter to the editor of the Sun-Sentinel. Bottom line, they are still in business and still ripping people off.
