Never shop at sifymall.com. I had placed an order for
a sony ericsson cell phone with them. Before placing
the order, I had checked with them if the phone was
available in the color I had specified. I was told
that it is available and I should place the order. I
placed the order and even mentioned the exact color
that I wanted in the "Delivery Instructions" (as they
requested me to do) but inspite of that they did not
send me the phone for 3 weeks...I had to contant
e-mail them and ask what is the status of my order,
and everytime they would say "we are looking into it
and will get back to soon.", but none of that proved
useful. After almost a month I got the phone but it
was not the color I had specified (even though it was
written on the bill).

They have the most horrible customer satisfaction and
cannot cater to small requests. I would not recommend
this site to anyone. Even though they say that they
will deliver the product in 4-5 working days, in my
case I did not receive it till almost a month after
and that too after sending them atleast 100 mails.

Please be extremly cautious before ordering with them.
