Let me give you more details on this scumbag. His partner, Dannijella Dragas, AKA...Dragon lady, is his cousin. Or, that was what I was told. I met them and their third partner, who will remain nameless because I believe he might has some morals and business ethics, approximately eight (8) months ago in Newport Beach. We met at a Starbucks in the Newport Beach Mall because they don't have an office, where we conducted a conference call. This call was pertaining to a real estate transaction. Signature Capital claims to have or be the primary funding source on their transactions. That is a lie. They are money brokers, scam artists, and have never executed any deals in this space. Months went by and still never a positive word from their 'buyers' They use peole to acquire information about deals. For someone who claims to be in this hotel business, they never heard of any of the deals I brought them, nor could they come up with a qualified buyer. When push came to shove, the cat was out of the bag. When asked to help sell the same Bugatti, things became ugly. Dannijella and her cousin, Dean, once again claimed control over this car, citing it was the best friend of DD. That may have been the case. However, they never mentioned to me that this 'work of art' as DD made out it was already being wildly shopped around at a greatly discounted price. To make a long story short, that vehicle never sold to a Russian, it never left the US, it was sold back to the same dealer where the original owner first purchased it at a deeply discounted price. After weeks of trying to sell this car; even when I was out of the country, with DD was texting night and day, it was clear their desperation was just another sign of false claims. They are nobody, they will never be anybody, and they will get what is coming to them in good time.
