Last September (2009) I cancelled 2 numbers on my Vodacom Account. Today June (2010) I am still battling to get these number; a. cancelled; b. reimbursed for the payment over the last months.

After having spoken to several people in the costumer care department, accounts department and even management, I now have several different stories resuting in my company still paying for numbers that have been cancelled in September 2009. Till today no cancellation nor reimbursement have been done.

In the last communication I was asked to send all invoices, proof of faxes and proofs thereof to yet another number.

On top of this last year around November 2009, my current cell number was cancelled 3 times by someone other then myself. leaving me for 3 days with no company telephone number resulting in a loss of turnover on my company. The answer I got was sorry, our mistake ...

So till today I still have 4 numbers instead of 2 and paying R550 per month to much and the last consultant put the phone down on me!

I can honestly say that Vodacom is THE worst company I ever dealt with!
