i don't know what is happen with ivory coast mobile sms (all mobile sim card provider). everytime i wanna send a sms it can be deliver or it can not be. this problem is happen till 5 days or more, then the other time it's just work maximize for 2 days. it makes me so frustated. everyone know that international roaming is expensive, so i choose to communicate with sms. for to know..., i lived in surabaya, indonesia and my sms destination is abidjan, ivory coast. someone can help me please??? thank you so much for the attention.. :)
