RUDE customer service, they were of NO help to me. Toni called and demanded that I set up a payment program for a minumum of 3 months to be taken out on the 15th of every month. I have called to stop the payment for this month (we have no money), and was told by whoever answered the phone (didn't give a name) that she couldn't do it. She was rude with me the second she answered the phone, and offered me no help whatsoever!!!
