I made a purchase of a coupon on groupon for 50% price from simon & schuster online store. made the purchase of two books, is been 1 month and the books didn´t arive, went to the website and saw the order status as cancelled, I didn´t cancelled, and I wasn´t notified about this status! Now my groupon coupon is expired, and I lost my money! The simon & schuster store doesn´t reply to my mails and the costumer service is horrible!I´m never gonna buy anything from them again, and advise you to do the same!
