Simple Whites and Dazzling Smile charged my account for $79.95 without my consent, and without ever shipping a single product!!! I only found out they had done so when I was paying bills from my account on-line and noticed a charge from them that should not have been there. I immediately called Simple Whites and explained that although I had only signed up to receive a FREE sample and supplied them with my cc number to pay for the $4.95 shipping. 2wks passed and still no sample but yet although I had yet to receive the "free" trail they managed to charge me for $79.95?!? When I explained this to The Simple Whites representative all she kept saying was I'm sorry but you have passed the 10 day trail and if you don't call to cancel within that period you automatically sign up for a monthly subscription. What?!?! I haven't even received the sample? I balked. When I asked to speak to a manager she said they were busy and could i call back. When I asked for a mailing address she said she couldn't give me one. When I asked for a name of a manager she said she couldn't give me one. When I asked for her name she gave me her first name only. Finally, I got out of her after being persistent and staying on the phone for an hour that it was a 877 number located in the Phillipines. This is a racket! BEWARE!!! This business is set up to take your money. It also says call for your money back if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days. Did that and they would not refund/credit my money!
