I am from the Netherlands. I had ordered Kindle 3 which was in stock at the time. But 10 days after checking with Simply Electronics is was told that the was not in stock. so I had canceled the order & they told me that
I can get money back 3-4- days and now it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the refund.
