I've sent the same e-mail to TOYOTA MOTOR ITALIA, but I'm still waiting for a reply. Going on with the details, last 17th of July, I brought my RAV 4, unleaded fuel running, dated 02/2001, because the motor would shut down suddenly after I turned the ignition key. The Toyota workshop after 1 month of searching (that’s what they said), couldn’t find a solution to the problem, and to add insults to injuries, demanded the payment of 530 euro for doing engine repairing (distribution) which hadn’t anything to do with the original problem.

I would be very granted to receive your advice, as it is absolutely unacceptable nowadays that certain things happen.

P.S. The real problem, were the damage of all four of the injection coils, sorted out by a simple car elettrician.
