Owner, Consultant at Singer Consulting - Thomas Wayne Singer. Mr. Singer refuses to pay court ordered child support for our children. He is in arrears of $7, 000 in child support and $10, 000 in medical. He has not even contacted or seen our children since 2008. The state of NJ court ordered a warrant for non payment of child support but he hides in Houston Texas. I have been to court many times and had a ton of court ordered placed and he refuses to abide by any of them. Total Dead Beat Dad!
