I ordered the Laser storm as seen on TV in May 2005. My credit card was quickly charged but I never received it. After repeated calling and failed promises of delivery I asked them to cancel and they agreed to refund my money. I have never received my money back.
Please advise on how I can get my money back. Thanks.
