Hello,

I am terribly disappointed with one of the customer service. He talked to me in a very rude way and is not helping me. Instead he talks very loudly with his temper burning inside him. His attitude was really overboard. If he is not willing to help, I would rather he just say so and I can attend to another Customer service.
