Purchased tickets, from Ticketfinder.com.au, 08/07/2010, waited for tickets, none arrived, sent a fax, five weeks out from the concert, no reply, sent an email 16/11/2010, no reply, rang them seven days out from the concert. after the fourth time, Simon answered, "give me a couple of days " waited, rang again, same again, "couple of days", rang today, no tickets, " i will give you a refund", great considering this was a surprise for my wife on our annerversary. No tickets, and no refund. I IMPLORE people, never to go through Ticketfinders, Rang the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, they have heard of him, and told us he is a scalper.
