These people responded quickly on all my pre-sale emails. Once they received my money through paypal, they're gone! I left several messages and emails and got no response. They did help me on the installation of the software but that's it! They were the most expensive $299 so I thought I would get what I wanted. BEWARE of this company... they have other products. Always ask for references. Get a 30-day trial. There are various companies out there that are doing the same thing. I have already spent over $1200... I bought 3 different softwares and they were all bad. SiteClonez was the worst of the bunch!! Once they have your money, you will never get it back. I did the payment through paypal but there's nothing they can do as long as the "product had been delivered".
