I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days". This is all proven by receipts and emails showing that they literally stole my $18.92. I went through Paypal to dispute the charge and they still will not refund my money. This is blatent fraud.
