I ordered and payed for the product: Skin Culture Peel 4000. I payed with my Visa card 202, 87 USD, 04.11.2009. Today is 06.03.2009 and I have not reseved any product. They or (He) do not answer any calls or e-mails. There are always the same "Costumer service person" I get to, who ask me to leave a message. He calls him self "Cris Christopher" It is always the same.. "None of are agents are available at this time, please leave a message after the tone.." I think "Universal Marketing Media inc" and "Skin Culture USA" is owned and run just by one man: Christopher G Gibson, 190 Howard St, Ste 400, Franklin, PA 16323-2344. Before this I also bought "Acne free in 3 days" witch is an e-book by the same man. That was ok, it was a good e-book. But he recommends products he has "Found", but they are all from "Company´s" he owns. Really they are just websites he has created. I cannot do anything about this. I live in Norway. But I really hope someone gets this scam artist!
