Skip McGrath is a great eBay resource. He has tons of free stuff on his website and his paid material is great. I did buy one product that I was not happy with and amazingly Skip gave me an immediate refund and sent me a really nice email. Since his product couldn't help me, he worked with me for free through email to help me find the right wholesale source I was looking for.
