Purchased Skullcandy ear buds for my son. He used them for less than a month, one of the ear buds melfuntioned, no sound. I returned to the skullcandy company in US because they claim to offer lifetime warranty and a replacement. I received a track number from them and that was it, never seen anything from them again. I sent emails to their customer service numerous times, and received NO response from them. That was over 4 months ago. They are not living up to their claim. Skullcandy not only has poor quality products, they have bad customer service, and No warranty at all. It a campany with SCAM written all over it. DO NOT buy their products. BEWARE!!
