I am a prior customer of Sky Minor. I had no issues with Sky, in fact one of the condos that I was interested in turned out to be above my price limit once we factored in the HOA fees. LA lofts can be expensive :D. None the less, there was NO pressure sell. He didn't tell me to sell my cat or kidney to afford the condo. None of that garbage. He looked at me and told me, 'then the answer has to be that you can't do it, if it doesn't fit your budget.' And, that was that. He is a consumate professional, and yet he makes house hunting a total blast. Bring you sense of humor, a bottle of water, and enjoy the ride in his Toyota Prius :D.
