The problem is when my parents went to Cebu Pacific Office Zamboanga City, Philippines they were told that tickets were already cancelled last May 09, 2009 and I confirm those flights last Monday June 1, 2009 your agent told me that those flights were cancelled last May 9, 2009 by your agent. And told me to send again the fax mail to your office to see my receipt. They were asking me to pay for another air tickets for the flights above. <br />
Why did your agent cancelled those flights by who’s permission? And those air tickets were already paid last February 20, 2009.
