I was a Sky-Watcher resseler in 2008. In April I picked up a problem with two EQ5 GOTO kits.I sent the two defective units to Sky-Watcher S.A. in April 2009 and to date have not recieved replacement units despite numerous phone calls and e mails. I have also contacted Sky-Watcher in China and have copies of their e mails back to Kobie telling him to rectify the problem with absolutely no effect.

It seems to me that he is not an honest trader as he shows nothing but contemp on the phone on the few times I was able to speak with him.

He also owes me monies for goods that I supplied him and despite numerous invoices this money is still outstanding.
