tried to order a slapchop, buy one get one free. when I called I didn't get to talk to a human, totally animated. my order according to my calculations should have been around $45, I never got a total during the order, just hung up in frustration because the automated system keeps tying to add more to your order. so after 3 days, to my surprise, I find that the order debited from my checking was $63.65. I called to ask for an itemized description of what I bought that could have amounted to that and no one could help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor and of course there was not one available, but they would have someone call me back. Finally, I told the rep that I would be refusing it when it came as I thought I have been scammed. If you go to their website, the first thing they ask for your credit card info, before you order anything, so once they have that and you place your order there is no turning back. What a rip off and scam. DON'T DO IT.
