I called this morning a few minutes ago. I explained what the Slap/Chop website had offered with NO information that I would be signing up for anything automatically. They informed me 'they had NO connection whatsoever to Slap/Chop or any other offer that might have been made to me.'

Also, they would not discuss my 'new' membership for 5 to 7 days before they received my credit card information. Prior to 'sending my $10 cash rebate, I had to 'again' give an e-mail address to them. There is nothing they can do.

I am furious! I am 75 years old and thought I was smarter than that--apparently not!
