My Sleep Innovations queen size mattress topper is 55" by 77". My queen size mattress is 60" by 80". Sleep Innovations sells two sizes, the smaller size I have and a 60" by 80". They claim the 55 by 77 is cut a little shorter for a better fit under sheets. How does being cut 5" shorter then my mattress help it fit better? The topper is always shifting on my bed leaving a big uncomfortable gap on one side. I expect that when I have a product labeled queen size that it will fit my queen size mattress. The smaller version is cheaper then the correct size version. I believe this is the reason for the two sizes.

My topper was a gift so I do not have a receipt to return it. I feel it would be rude to let the gift giver know of my dissatisfaction. So I am stuck with a too small topper!
