"Sleepy" Loveseat is not a "sleeper." Delivered with no pull out mechanism. "Sleepy" Leather chair is a "sleeper." This item was ordered 06/16/09 and delivered 7/21/09. Called JC Penney customer service 07/21/09 and no reply as yet. Now produce reduced $100 from what I paid a month ago. Product cost $130.00 for shipping. What can be done about this?
