My husband and I were looking for a bed in November and went through the whole "Sleep to Live" assessment. We told the salesperson we were apprehensive about spending a lot for a mattress as we had been bamboozled before. I visited the store several times trying out beds before making a decision and ended up with a Dr. Breus bed at the urging of the salesperson. Somehow the bed was MUCH softer at home and I woke up sore and tired every morning for a week. I quickly called and got them to exchange (for a $300 fee) and was told I had to pick something in the same price range ($3000 +)...regardless of comfort, etc. We ended up with a Sleep to Live 400 (Red/Blue) and it's horrible. We are waking up aching and feeling sleep deprived. Sleepy's 30 day window of exchange has closed and we are extremely aggrevated that we are left with a huge bill and bed that does not provide any "Sleep to Live".
