I wanted to order a Little Giraffe Blankie for a friend who had just had a baby, I went to google and searched Little Giraffe and this website was the first to come up. Lots of testimonials etc, looked very legitimate so I ordered the blanket from them and also asked to have it embroidered. I paid with my debit card...weeks later no gift had shown up...so I called the store, no answer. I called everyday 10 times a day and no one ever answered. Finally I contacted Little Giraffe, this was obviously one of thier authorized dealers, since they do not sell any of their own products you are forced to buy it from one of thier retailers so I am thinking they will know what is going on or take care of the problem themselves. They tell me that no one from the company will return thier calls either and that they are not responsible and to call my bank. So don't buy from SLEEPYTIME STORE! You will not get your purchase and apparently the supplier is not responsible either!
