On August 28, 2008 I ordered a Slither II lightbar for the company I work for, River's Edge Automotive. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks to ship the item. The purchase price was 839.98. NWA Public Safety Equipment sent me an order number of AB- 5681 and Pay Pal sent me a transaction id# of 0MM883318A674564Y. The 6-8 week time period elapsed so I tried contacting Matt Miller, the General Manager and only person we knew how to communicate with. I could get no response until I told him if he did not respond then I would need to file a claim with Pay Pal. He then canceled the order. I told him that I did not ever ask for the order to be canceled and that I just wanted my item. He told me that he would get it shipped right back out and that he would get me a tracking number as soon as that happened. I never got a tracking number and never got my item.
