We ordered a set of Smartware Bakeware from Slymark in Hollywood via a TV ad by Chef Tony. We never got to experience the delight Chef Tony showed on TV.

We ordered one set, but they shipped two. We refused the order. They refunded our cost less $42 S/H.

This is a very unprofessional, rude company. My wife never got her Blue Smartware for Valentine's Day.

It looked good on TV, but all we got was ripped off by Slymark and Smartware's Chef Tony!
