Your business is a total scam. I agreed to pay more than $700.00 for a useless book, which I learnt my lesson. What made your business even worse is you kept charging me $17.97 for those cheap magazines which I didn't order at the first place. I've called soooooooooooooooo many times to ask you to stop, but never got to talk to anyone except the call center agent you hired to 'transfer' your customers' complaints. What a business!!! I wonder if you can sleep every night, and I don't understand how can such a business still operating!
I've even got hold of ERIC DELL who sold me the book at the first place - everyone: WATCH OUT THIS GUY!!! He was so rude and couldn't wait to transfer my call to 'finance department' - voice mail - of course! ERIC DELL said 'all calls are recorded, you agreed to recieve first two free magazines and pay $17.97 after that, unless you CALL us to cancel ' - I swear that's a total lie and scam! He hasn't inform me the call was recorded, neither about the stupid magazine! STOP CHARGING ME!!!
