My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. None of my other vehicles do that and I do not believe that it is normal for the brake pedal to go all the way to the floor. (e-mail: [email protected])
